Building a double neck bass guitar kit

doubleneck-featured

For Christmas 2013, my parents bought me a Solo DJMBK double neck bass guitar kit. It came with only the hardware, and the two necks as well as the un-sanded, unpainted body. And because of our other amazing projects, we started it christmas 2014. We finished it in only about a day and an evening, and it was really fun, but a lot of sanding and coats of paint. My feedback is that the instructions could’ve been more clear, because it included sentences such as : “Install the pickups” and “Just go through the motions”. Also, they had a wiring diagram, but not a wiring routing diagram, and it didn’t even say which potentiometer was volume or tone, and which pickup is put on the top or bottom! It could have been more clear. It also acted like you have done that kind of thing before. We solved the ¬†potentiometer problem by looking it up on google, because the instructions did not specify which was which.
